Oasis Counseling International is a faith-based, non-profit counseling agency located in Norfolk and O'Neill, Nebraska. Oasis serves people of diverse ages and cultures of Northeast and North Central Nebraska with a variety of behavioral health needs.

Programs offered by Oasis include private and group therapy, play therapy, in-home family support services, counseling through partnerships with various employee assistance programs, psychological evaluations, bi-lingual services, and community education. Health and Human Services regional office, probation and parole officers, pastors, and local agencies regularly refer clients to Oasis for treatment and care.
